Project Scope & Sequence
The DramaLearning project aims to infuse the following English programs with dramaturgical content. The common understanding of this has been to blend drama games and activities into the teaching and learning program. However, today, my approach will be different.
I plan to work with the students as a playwright and stage manager to create scripts and performance experiences that enable them to inspire them to practice their persuasive and analytical oral language and writing skills. I want to focus on the difference this makes to each student’s understanding and treatment of language that heightens their treatment of the author-audience relationship.
